Will contamination qualify as property damage? Will governments force coverage?

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has caused a global pandemic that is both unprecedented and rapidly evolving. Following the 2019 outbreak of COVID-19, the highly contagious respiratory disease has affected more than 176 countries. To date, all U.S. states have reported cases to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The total exposure in the U.S. is ultimately estimated to be 40-60% of the population.
