Charles Taylor, the leading provider of services and technology solutions to the global insurance market, has today announced the appointment of industry expert Bobby Gracey, as Global Head of Fraud.

Bobby brings 25 years’ experience in the insurance counter fraud sector, having worked at the Executive level with leading organisations globally, to raise awareness of claims fraud.

 

Bobby is the current Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA)’s Anti-Fraud Committee, a role he has held for the last ten years and has been a judge at the UK Fraud Awards for several years. He is also a published author of a leading technical manual on claims fraud and is a regular presenter at industry events.

 

Bobby’s role will be to strengthen and sharpen Charles Taylor’s existing counter fraud capabilities throughout the organisation, via class leading innovation, technology, thought leadership and operational cost containment solutions to the market.
