As millions of winter sports lovers hit the slopes, staff at Charles Taylor Assistance have undergone specialist training to prepare for an influx of winter sports insurance claims.

An annual event in Charles Taylor’s training calendar, the interactive winter sports programme has involved a range of initiatives, including staff being bandaged up for ‘injuries’ and walking on crutches, as well as being instructed on the intricacies of winter sports cover. 

The aim of the programme is to ensure call handlers understand both the logistical challenges of customers’ winter sports injuries and the policy specifics in the event of a claim.
