Robert is responsible for driving business results as well as the development and delivery of long-term business strategy. As Managing Director of Canadian operations, Robert leads continued efforts to deliver high-quality, client-centered solutions throughout Canada. 

Robert has extensive experience in insurance adjusting, both in Canada and international markets and has a deep understanding of the company’s unique value proposition 

Before joining Charles Taylor, Robert worked as a Management Consultant to Global For-profit and Not-for-profit organizations, focused on Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, and Innovation. He has led multiple process improvement initiatives and designed change management programs to ensure successful implementation.  

Previously, Robert was a National Brand Ambassador for communication and employee engagement at a leading Global Law Firm, and he provides a Global perspective from work in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South, and North America.
