Global employees across the Charles Taylor Group are being invited to participate in the contest. Its sponsorship demonstrates Charles Taylor’s commitment to celebrate difference and to create an environment where people feel included and are able to reach their full potential at work.
 
Spearheaded by LINK, the LGBTQ+ Insurance Network, the competition aims to raise the profile of the insurance industry as a sector that welcomes, supports, and nurtures LGBTQ+ people. It will also raise money for LGBTQ+ charities to deliver tangible projects or products.

The 2021 Pride celebration is set to take place in London this September (Covid-19 restrictions allowing) and will showcase the winning T-shirt design.
