Mike joined CTA’s London Office in 2011. Since that time he has handled claims on construction and operation of offshore pipelines, platforms and associated equipment.
He has also handled multiple well control losses arising from drilling activity and from existing wells.
Mike has worked extensively on Natural Resources and power generation losses world-wide but primarily in the South Korea, Northern Europe and West Africa.
He also has a specific interest and expertise in handling claims involving ship-borne marine equipment such as seismic streamers and remotely operated vehicles.
Prior to working in adjusting, Mike worked as an Engineer Surveyor for a major Classification Society and as Project Manager delivering complex construction projects for a multinational engineering consultancy.
He graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering in 1998 and is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer.
