The Charles Taylor Middle East team delivers expert adjustment and resolution of complex and large claims. Charles Taylor has total ownership of our businesses in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Qatar and Saudi Arabia - which is particularly important as we can resource and adjust complex losses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The restructuring of our licensed operations means we have complete control over the quality and timeliness of our services which will provide significant and differentiated long-term advantages to our clients.
Our Services
Natural Resources
Charles Taylor’s natural resources team focuses on adjusting onshore and offshore exploration and development losses; and operational and time element losses arising from oil refining, gas, LNG, and petrochemical production, thermal power generation, renewable energy, green hydrogen, mining, metals and the associated industries.
Construction and Engineering
Our team of construction and engineering adjusters has expertise in adjusting to CAR, EAR, DSU and ALOP energy and infrastructure losses involving owner-controlled insurance programs that are reliant on external debt financing. We adjust DSU losses due to delays in critical equipment shipments.
Political Violence
We understand PV insurance arising from specified insured perils such as terrorism, sabotage and war. Our proprietary cloud-based solution provides our adjusters with real time global threat analysis data to assist underwriters in determining policy coverage. We specialise in adjusting political violence claims in the energy sector involving property damage, control of well and loss of production income.
Property, Casualty, Cyber and Financial Services
We are experienced at large property damage, business interruption and liability claims for reinsurers and insurers. We adjust complex financial lines and cyber losses with technical assistance from London; and product liability claims in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage sectors.
Aviation
Our services include loss adjusting, aircraft recovery and site clearance, repair and replacement, accident investigation, salvage disposal, and litigation support. Our liability team offers expertise in the investigation of aviation incidents, advising on liability issues and claims adjusting.
Marine
Charles Taylor’s marine experts offer clients services in hull and machinery, yachts, cargo, and marine liabilities. Our experts offer high quality bespoke services to underwriters, brokers, P&I clubs, ship owners, yacht owners, cargo owners, ship managers, ship builders/repairers.
