Greg Sisson

Greg Sisson is the Chief Claims Officer at Charles Taylor US, overseeing US TPA claims operations and managed care services. With more than 30 years of experience in multi-lines claims adjusting and management oversight, Greg has extensive expertise in vendor relations, compliance with federal, state, and carrier regulations, and generating new and renewal business to drive growth. He is known for his client-focused approach to claims administration and collaboration.

Before joining Charles Taylor in 2019, Greg held leadership positions at Underwriters Safety & Claims, AIG Personal Lines Claims, CNA Insurance Company, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky, is a Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA), and maintains ongoing professional development through continuing education. Greg is a licensed Kentucky Independent Claims Adjuster and a member of the Society of Claims Law Associates.
