Ursula started her insurance career in 2008 with AAMI dealing in motor and home policy sales, before transitioning into motor claims. Ursula began her career as a claims assistant before progressing to loss adjuster a few years later and in 2019 became the rural Victoria area manager. 
Ursula has over 14 years’ experience in the insurance industry dealing with both commercial and domestic claims, including catastrophe response attending many of the major catastrophe events in Australia and New Zealand since 2014.
