Charles Taylor was originally listed on the London Stock Exchange in October 1996. Following the approval of shareholders and the required Court Sanction, the company implemented a Scheme of Arrangement in January 2020, which became effective on 21 January 2020 when funds managed by Lovell Minnick Partners LLC (“Lovell Minnick”) acquired the entire issued (and to be issued) share capital of the company. Charles Taylor plc delisted from the LSE on 22 January 2020. The company was re-registered and renamed Charles Taylor Limited on 31 January 2020.
