Richard is well-respected in the complex loss space with over 30 years of insurance industry experience for adjusters, underwriters and most recently brokers. He has a solid record in managing large and complex claims particularly on property and natural resources lines of business spanning the Asia Pacific region with focus on Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Island nations.
