Charles Taylor Assistance, the claims, medical assistance and travel risk management provider, reports a 20% year-on-year rise in new business from the UK and overseas.
The growth sees Charles Taylor Assistance extending existing contracts with travel and international health insurers whilst also penetrating new markets in Singapore, Australia, Spain, Canada and the US, and expanding into new areas such as aviation claims.
At the same time, the provider reports strong client retention, with 60% of its current insurance clients remaining loyal for ten years or longer.
Jody Baker, Charles Taylor Assistance Chief Executive, comments, “We’ve seen demand for our end-to-end services grow in every area; from medical repatriations to digital claims handling and international fraud investigations to medical cost containment.
“The increase in global travel and travel claim volumes, combined with higher-than-inflation medical cost rises and more people travelling with complex health conditions, puts an onus on claims and assistance partners like us to be more customer-focused than ever.
“By complementing our digital claims developments with tailored customer support that meets the niche needs of our global customers, we’re attracting business not just from our core travel and international health insurance markets but also from the global aviation sector and other high volume claim areas.”
