Angus has a global role in the adjustment of oil, petrochemical, LNG, GTL, hydrogen, power and corrosion losses with a focus on claims at the EAR/DSU and PD/BI interface.

After transitioning from engineering to adjusting in the early 90s, Angus moved to the Middle East in 2005, established a successful loss adjusting business in Dubai with a London headquartered firm in 2010, and joined Charles Taylor Adjusting in 2021.

He has run seminars on claims protocols for owners and contractors and adjusted both construction and operational losses on projects with multiple EPC contract packages and values in excess of USD 20 billion.

Angus holds master and undergraduate degrees in engineering, accounting and economics, and a post graduate diploma in strategic risk management. He is a chartered professional engineer, chartered loss adjuster and Fellow of the ANZIIF.
