What made you join Charles Taylor?
Charles Taylor was able to understand and most importantly provide the right environment for my qualities to foster. They heard my inputs and provided a sense of ownership important to drive me forward.

What does your job entail on a day-to-day basis?
As a Regional Director for our Rio Office, one of my main tasks is to manage expectations between local stake holders and reinsurance markets, with the aid of our London team.

What is your favourite thing about working for Charles Taylor Adjusting?
The send of ownership given and the fact that I am not micromanaged.

What advice would you give to your younger self?
Enjoy the ride and take time to look around you and not just the goal set.

If you weren’t in this role, what would you be doing?
I would be a professional drummer.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Playing drums and spending time with my 5 year old daughter and wife.
