About This Individual
  • Neville joined the company in 1978 and is an Associate and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London.

  • With his over 40 years of experience working in our core marine average adjusting product line traded under Richards Hogg Lindley, he has developed and gained considerable in-depth knowledge in handling many major and high-profile casualties (for instance “Cosco Busan” and “Hebei Spirit”) involving collision, grounding, heavy weather, engine breakdowns and fire, etc., leading to different categories of hull and loss of hire claims including general average and salvage, particular average and constructive total loss, etc.

  • In his professional career with the company and being one of the most experienced marine hull adjusters, he is sharing key client responsibilities with other senior adjusters to look after various needs of shipowners, shipmanagers and their international brokers as well as leading marine hull underwriters who are largely based locally in Hong Kong.

  • Apart from marine hull claims handling, he also handles specialized claims for coverage under ship builders’ risks, ship repairers’ liabilities and cargo losses, etc. as required by clients from both the local and overseas markets in addition to preparing claims against third parties and divisions of recoveries from them.
