He joined our company in 2014 as a senior adjuster where he brought his wealth of knowledge and experience in motor vehicle claims. He masters most vehicle parts and components and is experienced in dealing with complex losses involving various types of passenger cars, trucks, buses, and supercars.

Adam joined Charles Taylor Adjusting in 2005. Adam handles a range of property and liability assignments including account management and claims handling on several high profile accounts. 
Previous assignments include – Buncefield explosion property claims – Riot damage claims following 2011 London riots.

Afif graduated in 2021 with a double degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden and Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble, France in electrical engineering majoring in smart grid. Prior to joining Charles Taylor Adjusting, Afif worked at PLN Enjiniring as a project engineer conducting various HV transmission line and substation construction projects, as well as feasibility and interconnection studies. Afif was recruited to join our company in 2021 and is mainly focused on dealing with machinery breakdown, property, and heavy equipment claims.

Having graduated from an automotive engineering major, Agung joined our company in 2013 as a loss adjuster in the motor vehicle claim team. Agung has extensive knowledge of most vehicle parts and components. He is experienced in dealing with losses involving fraud investigation, CTL, as well as complex losses involving various types of passenger cars, trucks, buses, and supercars.

Agung holds a degree in civil engineering and has experience working for several local civil consultants and contractors as a Civil, Mechanical & Electrical (CME) supervisor. Prior to joining us in May 2014, he embarked on his career in loss adjusting with a local company from 2008 to 2014. During his tenure in the loss adjusting industry, Agung has handled a variety of losses ranging from fire, machinery breakdown, engineering, burglary, flood, windstorm, etc. He is currently positioned as a property loss adjuster at our Surabaya branch office.

Ahmad once worked in a glass manufacturing company as a technician involved in the maintenance of production machinery and utilities where he gained extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic machines, rotary equipment, cooling systems, etc. In 2008, Ahmad joined an international loss adjusting firm as an adjuster and after spending two years there, he joined us in 2010. He is capable of handling various types of property and heavy equipment claims.

Before Danial joined CTA, he had more than 4 years working experience in the automobile industry. He was previously worked as service advisor and specialist with BMW Malaysia. 
He is currently based in Northern of Peninsula Malaysia. In CTA, he specializes in motor vehicle damage assessment, heavy equipment claims, fraud vehicle accident investigation. He also involves in property and special risk claims.
