Liam has been working in the insurance industry for over 15 years. 

Liam spent 10 years working for general Insurers, the majority of which was spent in a senior technical claims role for a major UK commercial Insurer.  Liam was responsible for technical training, fraud claims, large/complex losses, non-disclosure and compliance.     

Following a successful career in commercial claims, he moved to property and liability adjusting in 2010.  He currently manages several schemes, including specialist risks and large/complex losses with responsibility for some of Charles Taylor’s largest clients.

Liam has a wide range of claims experience including household and commercial property, public/products liability, employer’s liability, professional indemnity, and motor claims.  He has a detailed knowledge of agricultural / rural claims.  

In particular, Liam is responsible as Lead Loss Adjuster on numerous major loss liability claims for third party property damage, where he is best placed to introduce his wide range of experience including commercial property damage.

He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. He is also an active participant in his local Birmingham Insurance Institute.
