The awards, organised by Claims Media, celebrate the very best of claims service in the insurance industry and were judged by a panel of independent industry experts.
 
Judges commented that Charles Taylor “stands out in a competitive category for quickly and proactively developing a suite of digital tools and solutions that met several insurer needs last year. Its technology continues to receive high satisfaction scores and demonstrates a level of future-proofing that goes above and beyond what’s normally required."
